How do I get in touch with Donna team?
We are always happy to hear from you! You can always contact us by email or visit our contact page to submit your inquiry. We have an international customer service team which works from Monday to Friday from 8:00–16:00 (except holidays). Please understand that we can offer limited support on weekends and on international holidays. You can also reach us on our social media channels.
I wrote you an email. When can I expect a response?
Thank you very much for writing to us. We always try to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow at least 48 hours for your request. Response times may vary depending on the season or peak times, such as website or product launches and promotions.
Can I place an order over email?
Unfortunately, due to the delicacy of our products and the limited number of members of our support team, we ask you not to order Donna products by email. You can always write to us if you have any questions about our products, or visit our FAQ about products.
What should I prepare when I contact customer support?

Preparation depends on your request:

• For general questions and questions about Donna products, we ask that you first read through our FAQs. If you do not find the answer there, you can always email us.

• For questions about your order, we kindly ask that you prepare the order number and a tracking number so that we can best assist you.

How do I sign up for your marketing emails?
We are so happy you want to stay up to date with our newsletter and promotions. You can always sign up in the form in our footer.
