How do I register for My Donna account?
To register for My Donna account, look at the upper right corner and click on the icon next to the shopping cart icon. Fill in the form with your information and choose your username and password.
How do I log into My Donna account?
To log into your My Donna account, look at the upper right corner and click on the icon next to the shopping cart icon. Enter your email address or username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot password" under the login area.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password or change other personal information, you must first log into My Donna account. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your account information, including password, in the “Profile” category. If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot password" under the login area.
Can I change or update my payment preferences?
To change or update your payment information, you must first log into My Donna account. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your account information, including payment preferences, in the “Payment Method” category.
Can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, you must first log into My Donna account. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your account information, including shipping information, in the “Address” category.
How can I change my email address?
To change your email address, you must first log into My Donna account. Once logged in, you will be able to edit your account information, including your email address, in the “Profile” category.
